All Industry Consulting LLC was founded in 2014 in Prosper, Texas by Steve Yates. Prime Guidance® is the marketplace practice. Prosperous Sellers is the show. This is the parent firm.
The firm
Steve Yates founded All Industry Consulting after leadership roles at Amazon (including General Manager, Sports / Fitness / Outdoors at Woot), Dick’s Sporting Goods, and eBay Enterprise. The original brief has not changed: help companies grow faster and operate smarter — with advice, then execution, then results.
The firm advises consumer product companies, retailers, and investors on merchandising, sourcing, sales, business development, ecommerce operating design, and interim management when the seat is empty. When the work is Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, or TikTok Shop execution, it is staffed through Prime Guidance®, an Amazon and Walmart Marketplace agency partner.
Steve hosts the Prosperous Sellers podcast. Since 2014 the family of practices has advised hundreds of brands. Most work is month-to-month, with the explicit goal that clients become self-sufficient.
